Ethnography in the Service of Theology: Another Step in the Process of Creating Jewish Feminist Theology

This project aims to tease out the beliefs expressed in the lives and rituals of traditional Jewish women in an effort to bridge material on women's religious experiences with the construction of 'bottom up' feminist theology; that is, feminist theology that builds upon women's traditional religious insights.
